Our Clothing Return Policy

At Outside Corner, we strive to provide high-quality clothing to our customers. However, we understand that sometimes items may not meet your expectations. Please read our return policy carefully to understand how returns and exchanges work for our clothing products.

1. Eligibility for Returns

You can return unworn, unused, and unwashed clothing within 14 days of purchase. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

  • The item must be in its original condition, with no signs of wear or damage.
  • The item must have the original tags and labels attached.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging or similar protective packaging to prevent damage during return shipping.

Please note that we cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).
  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as "final sale".

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team by email or phone. Once we approve your return, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send the item back to us.

3. Refunds and Exchanges

Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable. If you prefer an exchange, we will send you a replacement item as soon as we process the return.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for the following items:

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.

  • Items purchased during a clearance sale or marked as "final sale".
